Elevate Email Excellence with EASYDOX!

Dear #Dynamics365 user community and fellow industry experts, today I am going to introduce our flagship product - #EASYDOX.


Time and time again over my years of consulting journey for #AXAPTA and later on #MicrosoftDynamics365, I came across many customers asking for an ability to communicate effectively with their vendors and customers through emails triggered from their ERP. No matter how simple and basic this requirement seems, there isn't any real "easy" and "user friendly" option within #D365FO to achieve the same. Electronic reporting framework have introduced some capabilities in this regard, but in my opinion, they are still in their infancy and very technical for them to be considered as a business solution.


Over the period, I have seen many different customisations and developments which were built to address this "simple" yet sometimes "critical" requirement of customers. In my view, almost all of these solutions were technical solutions which were not designed for end users (from sales / marketing teams of customers). At the minimum they all required #HTML code to achieve a bare minimum email body which can include one or two sentences (due to the rigidness of HTML coding and lack of technical skills and expertise in customer organisations). It is always an uphill task to include any images, logos, tables or even a basic formatted text.


Below image is a perfect example that shows how these solutions required HTML coding to generate simple email messages. Formatting of the layout and right placement of objects within email body poses another set of challenges - even for technical team members.


Considering the high dependence on technical skills (#HTML programming) these solutions were rarely adapted by business users. It was always a costly affair to build those solutions and even to maintain them due to their dependence on technically skilled resources. Most of these solutions failed to be scalable and businesses have pretty much lived with same email messages provided to them by their partners or technical teams for years.


To overcome this gap in the great ERP that #Dynamics365FO is, we decided to build an easiest yet powerful emailing solution which is strongly focused to be a business user's solution. #EasyDox is a NO CODE solution which allows business users to easily construct a highly professional email messages (not just email bodies but even context sensitive subjects, attachment files names and even number of attachments). EasyDox allow our customers to communicate with their vendors / customers in their own languages making the entire communication personalised and very effective.


With EasyDox, any users with basic knowledge Microsoft Office suite can generate highly impactful email messages which can contain not just well formatted texts but also images, logos, GIFs, data tables, colored texts and table designs, web links, links to payment gateways, google maps etc. to elevate the effectiveness of the overall communication.

  • Placeholders - Dynamically fetches data values such as amounts, due dates etc.
